Candidate One to One's
Providing individuals the bespoke support they need to understand what's required and how to go about it as well as setting realistic deadlines.
Providing advice when they need it, not delivered all up front or in one go.
Submission Document Reviews
Detailed, honest review of documents with comments on the good and the bad along with pointers on potential aeras for questions where a Final Interview is required.
Q&A Sessions
Question and Answer sessions with candidate(s) using sample questions or bespoke from the candidates documents. Sessions can be frequent to cover all areas ahead of Final Interviews.
Q&A Games (in person or online) can also be provided to make learning more interactive and dispel nervous and build confidence.
Interview Mocks
1 hour Final Interview mocks conducted by an RICS APC Assessor with immediate performance feedback and question preparation handed over to the candidate for study purposes.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Survey to assess the maintenance requirements for the property, typically casting expenditure over 10 years.

Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCAs) for insurance purposes to confirm costs for re-build.

Schedule of Condition to record the condition of a property prior to any change or works.

Technical Due Diligence Survey, assessing the condition along with an extensive documentation and compliance review ahead of acquisition or similar.
Professional Services

Party Wall Matters, including confirmation of requirement, Notices, Schedule of Condition and Awards

Defect Diagnosis: Review of property defects and a tailored report including condition, cause, and recommendation.
Planning & Specifications

Compilation of a Tendering pack including tender specific compliance documents along with design (may be by others) to acquire competitive prices from recommended Contractors.

Management of the tendering process including site visits, interviews and production of a tendering report with recommendation.
Contract Administration
